Taste preferences are subjective and do not constitute a product defect.

4. Coffee, Food, and Allergen Notice

Our coffee products are intended for general consumption by adults who can safely consume coffee and caffeine.

Coffee naturally contains caffeine unless clearly labeled as decaffeinated. Decaffeinated coffee may still contain trace amounts of caffeine.

You are responsible for determining whether our products are appropriate for you. Consult a qualified medical professional before consuming coffee or caffeine if you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have been advised to limit caffeine intake.

11. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to:

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, stolen, misplaced, or removed after delivery.

At our discretion, we may assist with a carrier claim or review the situation, but we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement for packages marked delivered.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, all coffee sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error or fulfillment error.

Our Refund Policy governs refunds, replacements, damaged items, incorrect items, cancellations, and related order issues.

By placing an order, you agree to our Refund Policy.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Taste preferences

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong product, grind, size, or quantity

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

14. Cancellations

Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled unless required by applicable law.

15. Subscriptions, Recurring Orders, and Auto-Renewals

By purchasing a subscription or recurring order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency, product selection, and price shown at checkout.
